Action RCM, LLC (“Company” or “We” or “us” or “Action”) and its corporate affiliates respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Google Analytics

Action’s websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Action does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. 

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Action, does not use any information obtained from consumers, our clients or any other source for any sales or marketing purposes.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Your Rights Under This Policy

Right to Access: You have the right to know and see what personal data we have collected about you in a usable format.

Right to Delete: If you would like us to delete any information we have about you, we shall unless it is a requirement of our client who was your original credit grantor or a party who has succeeded in interest to your original credit grantor. We will respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within ten (10) business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions relevant information will be encrypted.

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees and entities that need to know that information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through the internet. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
