Action’s websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Right to Delete: If you would like us to delete any information we have about you, we shall unless it is a requirement of our client who was your original credit grantor or a party who has succeeded in interest to your original credit grantor. We will respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within ten (10) business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
